The Daxsen Corporation (known as Daxsen) is a holding company based in Guayaquil, Ecuador, and New York, the United States, which is led by the Ecuadorian entrepreneur Dave Sanz.

The business group has 60 affiliates but is best known for its Daxsen Media, Daxsen Music Group, Daxsen Capital, and Lifeluxury own divisions.


History[editar]

In 2010, DJ Dave Sanz created the Daxsen brand to launch his musical and artistic career. He founded a record label with the brand in Guayaquil, Ecuador.

Between 2011 and 2012, the label worked with local artists and then progressed to collaborations with international artists.

In 2013, Dave Sanz's business became a conglomerate with the birth of Daxsen Music Group, which is a group of more than 45 record labels.

His other companies, such as Daxsen Capital, which is an investor, and Lifeluxury, which provides concierge services, formed the holding company The Daxsen Corporation or Daxsen in 2013.

In 2014, Dave Sanz founded the marketing agency Daxsen Media.

The Daxsen Corporation has 60 affiliated companies and two headquarters, one in Guayaquil, Ecuador, and one in New York, United States.

Daxsen Music Group[editar]

Daxsen Music Group is an independent record label group that was founded in 2010 by Dave Sanz as a single label and then became a conglomerate in 2013.

It has more than 45 affiliated record labels and provides services such as music publishing, merchandising, audiovisual content, patented creative strategies and ideas, music marketing, and audio services.

The company has done collaborations with artists such as Tiesto, Alesso, Steve Aoki, Armin Van Buuren, Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike, Hardwell, Bingo Players, Nicole Moudaber, Stefano Noferini, Jay Lumen, Lutzenkirchen to House legends as Lee Foss, WAFF, Inxec, Matt Tolfrey, Mark Jenkyns, Oscar L, Arcangel, Bryant Myers, and Justin Quiles.

In addition, it has partnerships with Sony Music Entertainment, Warner Music Group, and Universal Music Group.


Daxsen Media[editar]

Daxsen Media is a marketing agency founded in 2014 by Dave Sanz. Its service is branding for entrepreneurs, businesses, artists, authors, and athletes from all over the world, including Spotify promotion, YouTube marketing, international press, social media verification and organic growth, video production, online advertising, and website development.

The company has worked with brands such as Samsung, Aeropostale, McCormick, American Eagle, Pepsico, Nestlé, and Lee.

Also, it has developed over 1200 marketing projects and has won over 303 awards and certifications over the past 11 years.


Daxsen Capital[editar]

Daxsen Capital is an investment firm founded by Dave Sanz in 2010 [6]. Its services include investment managing services with the participation of financial institutions, financial sponsors, governments, public authorities and boards of directors, and special committees.

Among its most important investments is the gastronomy sector, with several restaurants, bars, and rooftops in Ecuador. This company was the investor of the rooftop of the George Capwell Stadium in Ecuador.

Lifexury[editar]

Lifexury is a concierge company created by Dave Sanz in 2010. It has bases in Ecuador and the United States.

Its services include VIP Charter Flights on Jets, different Yacht rentals, Premium Cars rentals, Exclusive Security, Luxury Apartments rentals, and access to VIP events [8].

The company has worked with more than 400 artists and celebrities, such as Marc Anthony and Alice Walton, as has alliances with hotel firms such as Hilton, Marriott, The Ritz-Carlton, Trump Hotels, and Wyndham.
