German Castelo
Germán Castelo is a Mexican businessman, writer, entrepreneur, speaker, and influencer who is recognized for his entrepreneurial movement called Evo-Movement .
He is also the creator of an ideology called "First World Thinking" and the author of the book "Mentalidad de Campeón", which is an Amazon best-seller.

Early Life[editar]
Germán Castelo was born and raised in Mexico City, Mexico. He graduated with a degree in Communication Sciences.
At the age of 18, Germán Castelo started his career in the network marketing industry [9] and three years later he became the leader in this sector.
Career[editar]
At the age of 21, German Castelo created a group of entrepreneurs in several countries of North, Central, and South America called Evo-Movement.
This movement has more than 15 thousand members around the world and its objective is to evolve the mindset, finances, and experiences of its associates with its “First World Thinking” ideology.
Germán Castelo is co-founder of other companies such as Home Health Medical Consulting and Advisory Services, which are dedicated to providing home health consulting services by certified doctors from a mobile application.
Germán Castelo also has a stake in the company Keto Life, which is a line of Keto or ketogenic nutritional products or supplements, which allow people to lose weight, improve their health and return physical self-esteem with the help of professionals in the area of nutrition.
Germán Castelo works with the companies Virality Power, which is a technology company that positions merchandise with social media marketing, and Bloatzy, which is a company specialized in services to optimize operations, finances, human resources, and assets with software.
Germán Castelo was featured in the Top 100 social media earners of the industry by the Business From Magazine. He is also a member of GoPro's “Million Dollar Hall of Fame”.
Writer Career[editar]
At the age of 24, Germán Castelo wrote the book "Mentalidad de Campeón" (Champion's Mentality), where he establishes his ideology of "First World Thinking". This book is a best-seller on the Amazon platform
Speaker and Influencer Career[editar]
German Castelo is also a speaker. He has spoken at multiple conferences for several companies in 15 different countries. His specialty is teaching methods to create teamwork capacity and helping workers to change to his "First World Mentality".
In addition, German Castelo is an influencer with his podcast "Cuando la Cámara está apagada” (When the camera goes off), where he talks about people's capacity for change and improvement. Other content from him can also be found on his YouTube channel called Evo Media.
Ideology[editar]
In his book "Mentalidad de Campeón", Germán Castelo imparts his ideology that has marked his career: "First World Thinking".
This ideology considers that there are only two types of people: those who exchange time for money (Third World Thinking) and those who work in something they are passionate about and have other sources of income such as the Internet, property, among others (First World Thinking).
Germán Castelo imparts this ideology in all his activities, especially in his podcast and in his conferences.
